Fraction Tiles

Today in class we worked with fraction tiles to practice creating equivalent fractions and finding common denominators.

As an extention activity for our Chesapeake Bay field trip, the Ninth Age boys opened real oysters to discover their hidden treasure: pearls!

Living Classrooms Field Trip (Monday)

We met with our reading buddies today to perform a "Readers Theater".

Technology Class

Our boys have been working on their "Morning Routine" power point presentations in technology class. We were able to see the first half of the presentations today.

This week in 9-1 we practiced lacrosse in P.E .We learned about planets in science. About two weeks ago, we had our hopper/cricket game in the middle school gym.

12 Hour Challenge Winners!

As March comes to a close, our 12-hour challenge is coming to an end. We had a few more boys complete their twelve hours of reading, way to go!

All of our winners will select their two books (one for themselves, one to donate in their name to the library) Monday in school.
