"Throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."As summer begins, I want to commend the boys on embracing the symbolism of our class's banner. The white demonstrates the strength and pride associated with all of the boys' classes, and the black embodies the solid foundation they will receive in our lower school. These characteristics were shown throughout this year and will be carried into Tenth Age. The shape of the banner symbolized the growth of the class emotionally, socially, academically, and athletically. This development was evident throughout Ninth Age, and I cannot wait to see them take on their leadership roles next year. Enjoy the explorations, dreams, and discoveries of the summer, and I will see you next fall!
